Pre-Commitment Processes
- Manage and oversee the FCC Form 470 and competitive bid process.
- Ensure a service provider is selected in accordance with FCC and USAC rules/regulations.
- Request funding with the winning vendor of the competitive bid process, and file an FCC Form 471.
- Respond to USAC inquiries, audits, and reviews.
Post-Commitment Processes
- Ensure CIPA compliance and notify USAC services have been started via the FCC Form 486.
- Oversee post-commitment actions and forms, including but not limited to:
- Appeals
- SPIN Changes
- Service Substitutions
- FCC Form 500
- Work with clients to address Payment Quality Assurance (PQA) reviews.
Annual E-Rate Planning
- Annual review of services ordered and delivered.
- Review of current bandwidth needs for Internet and WAN.
- Review of current equipment on-premise.
- Perform end of funding year reconciliation.
- Succession planning.
- Determination of services which will be necessary in the future funding year
